I can’t believe that it’s been 4 or 5 months since I wrote something on this website…a testament – I think – to just how busy life has been during my “busy season.” Even now, as I post this piece, I’m a bit shocked (dismayed?) that this website – the website for my Gallery Café has become a bit of an afterthought, and is losing the battle with Social Media – where I post regularly.

Anyways, the light bulb went off just as I was going to put a little notice on Facebook about this gorgeous new piece (new to me, although it’s actually one of Famous Empty Sky’s older pieces, having been created in 1994) called “Bronzino Redux” …a Mixed Media/Collage measuring 36″ x 24″. I’m shocked that this hasn’t found a home on someone’s wall in all these years because I find it absolutely gorgeous…and it’s only $600! Regardless, Empty Sky’s loving and wonderful husband Jim Heshedahl just came to Shavasana Gallery today and took down the 3 or 4 smaller pieces she’d been showing there and hung this new piece…so, I’m thrilled and getting the word out here, and then will move on to my social media accounts….and here it is again, just because I can’t get enough of this glorious work ……..enjoy!
