Gorgeous cherry blossom season this year – I didn’t realize that there were (are) two main varietals here in Kitsilano…the first shows up early with a beautiful lighter pink display but sheds its petals quite quickly – most were gone in a week and it looked like cherry blossom season was over. Then, these lovely dark pink blossoms appeared, on shorter knobbier trees with robust clusters of blossoms which show no signs of leaving – they’ve been hanging around for at least a couple of weeks, cheering up these cool cloudy days.🙏

I’m coming over on Friday to clean up and prepare for a private function on Saturday so will be closed to the public then, but will re-open on Sunday the 26th @ 10:15 – 4, and again on Monday the 27th @9am – 4pm.
