Every Saturday morning at 9am I participate in a meditation group. This group met consistently at Shavasana for the past several years, however, we are now exploring new locations and formats. We generally have a 30 to 40 minute sitting/silent meditation often followed by a discussion of a book or topic that has been agreed upon by the group – joining the discussion is purely optional.
