For a number of years our meditation group met consistently at Shavasana on Saturday mornings – due to the pandemic however, we moved to new locations and formats,  primarily outdoors/covered. We generally have a 30 to 40 minute sitting/silent meditation often followed by a discussion of a book or topic that has been agreed upon by the group – joining the discussion is purely optional. The conversation can be quite spirited and informative…we always share some laughs.
